Rydym yn ymwybodol bod y gofynion presennol ar ein meddygfa yn golygu ei bod yn anodd cael trwodd atom ar ddyddiadau, a bod hyn yn achos rhwystredigaeth i lawer. Mae ceisio darparu gwasanaeth hygyrch yn her fawr i bob meddygfa yn sgìl y pandemig a’r rhestrau aros hir o ganlyniad i’r cyfnod clo. Mae rhai cleifion yn mynegi eu rhwystredigaeth trwy fod yn flin ac annifyr gyda’r staff, sy’n gwneud bywyd pawb yn anos fyth. Gwerthfawrogwn eich amynedd a’ch cydweithrediad a gofynnwn yn garedig i bob claf fod yn foesgar wrth ddelio a’n meddygfa.

We are aware that the present high demand for our services makes it difficult to get through to our surgery at times, and that this can cause frustration to many. Access to primary care is a challenge facing all surgeries as a result of the pandemic and the long waiting lists resulting from the lockdowns. Some patients express their frustrations by being rude and unpleasant towards our staff, which makes life more difficult all round. We appreciate your patience and co-operation and kindly request that all patients treat our staff respectfully at all times.

Annwyl Gleifion,

O ganlyniad i'r sefyllfa hefo COVID 19, mae'r feddygfa wedi gwneud nifer o addasiadau i'r ffordd yr ydym yn gweithio, i geisio cadw ein staff a chithau, y cleifion mor ddiogel a phosib.

Mae drws y feddygfa wedi ei gau, ac mae system 'intercom' wedi ei osod y tu allan.

Bydd yn rhaid i geisiadau am apwyntiadau gael eu gwneud dros y ffon neu drwy 'e-consult', a bydd Meddyg Teulu yn delio hefo'r ceisiadau.  Bydd apwyntiad yn cael ei gynnig i'r cleifion hynny sydd angen eu gweld yma wyneb yn wyneb. Mae'r mwyafrif o apwyntiadau ffon hefo'r Meddyg yn cael eu agor ar y diwrnod, ond mae rhai eraill ar gael i'w trefnu ymlaen llaw hefyd.

Yr ydym yn gallu cynnig apwyntiadau fideo hefyd.

Mae posib i gleifion drefnu apwyntiadau hefo'r nyrsus yn y feddygfa, ond gyfynnwn i chi ohurio rhain os ydych yn dioddef o wres (37.8 neu fwy), peswch neu wedi colli synnwyr arogli.

Gofynwn i chwi nodi enw y fferyllfa ar eich ceisiadau am brescripsiwn, a bydd y prescripsiwn yn cal ei yrru i'r fferyllfa i'w gasglu ganddoch.  Mae blwch postio ger y drws ffrynt i ollwng eich ceisiadau am brescripsiwn.

Mae ganddom 'portacabin' yn y maes parcio er mwyn archwilio cleifion sydd yn dioddef hefo symptomau gwres a /neu beswch.

Diolch am eich cydweithrediada yn ystod yr adeg annodd hwn.

Dear patients,

As a result of the ongoing CoVID 19 situation, you will be aware that the surgery has made a number of changes to the way we work.  This is to try to protect our staff and those patients who have come in to see the clinical team. From 16/3/20 the surgery entrance will be locked and a new intercom system installed. Only patients who already have an appointment will be allowed into the surgery.

All requests for appointments will have to be made by telephone, or via e-consult, and all requests for appointments will be dealt with by a GP. An appointment will be arranged for those who need to be seen face to face.  The majority of GP appointments open on the day, but there are pre-bookable telephone consultations available as well.

We are also able to offer video consultations.

We are currently continuing to make advance appointments for practice nurses and healthcare practitioners, but we must stress that you SHOULD NOT attend such an appointment if you have a fever (37.8C or above), a new cough or the loss of the sense of smell.

All repeat requests for prescriptions / prescriptions will need to have a designated pharmacy. The pharmacies collect prescriptions from us on a daily basis.

All prescription requests can be dropped into a box on the surgery's front door.

We have a dedicated portacabin to see patients who are ill with cough or/ and fever symptoms.

Thank you for your patience during this difficult time.
